At Let Me Hypnotize You Shop, your satisfaction with your Serenity Sleep & Sound Mask is our top priority. We want you to achieve the deep relaxation and restful sleep you deserve. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Our 14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your Serenity Sleep & Sound Mask must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging, complete with all accessories.

We cannot accept returns for items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not present upon delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at hello@letmehypnotizeyou.com. within the 14-day window.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • The reason for your return.

  • A photograph of the item if it's damaged or faulty (see Section 4).

Our team will guide you through the next steps, including providing you with the correct return address.

3. Shipping Returns

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or incorrect (see Section 4). Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your Serenity Sleep & Sound Mask arrives damaged or is found to be faulty upon arrival, please contact us immediately at letmehypnotiseyou@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Clear photos or a video showing the damage or fault.

Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible. You may not be required to return the damaged item in these specific circumstances, but this will be confirmed by our support team.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days (typically 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider).

  • Original Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item.

  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@letmehypnotizeyou.com.
